Return and Refund Policy

How to Return a Product:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. We will send you a return shipping label.
4. Pack the product securely and return it to us.
5. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or damaged.
• Products that are missing parts or accessories.
• Products that were purchased on sale or during clearance events.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the product. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account. If you paid using local payment methods in Pakistan (like Bank, Jazz Cash, or Easypaisa), the refund will be sent to your account.
